Responsibilities

  • Greet and direct customers
  • Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
  • Cross-sell products
  • Ensure racks are fully stocked
  • Maintaining Plants Displays
  • Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
  • Develop a deep understanding of the nursery's inventory, including various plant species, fertilizers, pots, gardening tools, and other related products. Stay updated on the latest gardening trends and best practices.
Requirements 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good Plant Knowledge
  • Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts
Must Have
  • 0-02 years of Experience in Retail Sales
  • Qualifications :- 12th Pass & Above
  • Basic computer skills for using Point-of-Sale Systems.
Nice to Have
  • Strong passion for plants and Gardening.
  • Preference to have BSC. Botany & Landscape Design Course.
