Anvil Secateur

An anvil secateurs are made up of hardened steel blades along with solid steel handle. They have a plastic grip for a powerful and comfortable hold with safety lock. 

It is a type of pruning tool designed for cutting through dry, hard wood or thicker branches. It features a single, sharp cutting blade that comes down onto a flat surface, resembling the shape of an anvil (hence the name).
