Horticulture Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and development of all landscape and horticulture projects.
• Plan, implement, and monitor horticultural activities to ensure high-quality standards.
• Liaise with clients (including foreign clients) to understand requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Supervise and coordinate with horticulture supervisors, staff, and contractors.
• Utilize ERP systems for project planning, reporting, and resource management.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with project timelines and quality benchmarks.
• Provide technical expertise on plant selection, pest management, irrigation, and soil management.
• Prepare and present reports, proposals, and project updates to management and clients.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in related field with excellent academic record.
• Minimum 9 years of proven experience in landscape project management and horticultural maintenance.
• Proficient in English, Hindi, and Marathi with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage teams, handle multiple projects, and work under deadlines.
• Experience in dealing with domestic and international clients.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, project management tools, and MS Office Suite.

Location - Pune
Salary - 75,000 - 90,000/- Month
