Job Overview :- 


 The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and achieving sales targets. This role is key in maintaining store standards, inventory accuracy, and team productivity.

Salary:- 20,000 - 30,000/- Month.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing day-to-day store activities
  • Handle opening and closing procedures
  • Drive sales performance and achieve monthly targets
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Upsell plants, garden accessories, and related products
  • Lead and manage a team of employees within the department.
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and collaborate with suppliers to ensure product availability
  • Identify training needs and provide development opportunities for team members.
  • Maintain stock levels and coordinate replenishment
  • Conduct regular stock checks and audits
  • Train, and develop departmental staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to succeed in their roles
  • Oversee billing operations and cash management
  • Ensure accuracy in transactions and daily cash reconciliation .
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays, as needed. 

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • 2-3 Year Relevant Work Experience. 
  • Familiarity with POS systems / retail software
  • Preference - Candidate stay at pune.
