Job Overview :- 


 Being the Department Manager for Garden Accessories means overseeing all operations within the department. This involves carefully selecting products, managing inventory, and leading a team of dedicated associates to ensure customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.


Salary:- 21,000 - 25,000/- Month.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of employees within the department.
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and collaborate with suppliers to ensure product availability
  • Identify training needs and provide development opportunities for team members.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Proven ability to drive sales, meet targets, and exceed customer expectations.
  • Train, and develop departmental staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to succeed in their roles.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays, as needed. 

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • 2-3 Year Relevant Work Experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding departmental goals.
