At Jagtap Nursery, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. Please read our cancellation and refund policies carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.


Cancellation Policy

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. We encourage you to review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact our customer service team immediately, and we will do our best to assist you.


Refund Policy

Refund Requests:

Refunds are only processed in the following scenarios:

  1. **Wrong Items:** If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, you are eligible for a refund.
  2. **Damaged Items:** If your item arrives damaged, please take a photo and share it with us on WhatsApp. Return the damaged product to the delivery person. An automatic refund would be initiated.  Products damaged after delivery are not eligible for refunds. 

Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a refund, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • All tags and labels must be intact.
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way are not eligible for a refund.

Return Procedure:

  1. **Notify Us:** Contact our customer service team via email or phone within 48 hours of receiving the wrong or damaged item. Please provide your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. **Return Authorization:** Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. **Return Shipping:** You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was sent in error or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item is returned safely.

Approval Notification:

After we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email regarding the approval or denial of your refund request.


Refund Processing:

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within seven working days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
